A typical day consists of:
- Wake up and have breakfast, often as a group
- Group debrief of each attendee’s individual experience from the previous day & night
- Personalised feedback and advice
- NLP re-coding as required
- Personalised goal setting and missions for the day & night ahead
- Free time – often attendees go to swim, do daygame, explore. Sometimes the group will go and enjoy activities together
- Sometimes there is an organised daygame session with individuals or as a group as suitable
- Evening briefing/dinner with personalised missions assigned
- Night Infield Training
